Stir-Fried Chives with Lamb Liver

Ingredients

120 g lamb liver (about 4 oz), 100 g Chinese chives (about 3.5 oz).

Seasonings

Minced ginger, minced scallion, soy sauce, and MSG, a pinch of each, plus 2 tablespoons vegetable oil.

Steps

1. Wash the chives and cut into small sections; wash the lamb liver, remove the membrane, and slice into pieces.

2. Heat oil in a wok until hot, first add minced scallions and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the sliced lamb liver and stir-fry briefly.

3. Then add the chives and soy sauce, stir-fry vigorously over high heat until cooked through, and season with MSG before serving.
