300 g napa cabbage (about 10 oz), 100 g sliced conch (about 3.5 oz), and a few slices of red bell pepper.

Garlic slices 2 teaspoons, white sugar and scallion oil 1 teaspoon each, fine salt 1/2 teaspoon, MSG 1/4 teaspoon.
Steps
1. Wash the cabbage and cut it into diamond-shaped pieces; wash the sliced conch meat.
2. Blanch the cabbage slices and sliced conch in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then remove and drain.
3. Heat scallion oil in a wok until hot, add red bell pepper slices and stir-fry until fragrant, then add cabbage slices and toss well. Season with salt, garlic slices, sugar, and MSG, and stir-fry until the flavors meld.
4. Add the sliced conch and stir-fry quickly, drizzle with a splash of oil for shine, then remove from the wok and serve immediately.
