Coral Broccoli

Seasonings

200 g broccoli, a small amount of red bell pepper and dried bonito flakes.

Seasonings

5 g minced garlic, 2 tablespoons oyster sauce, and salt, MSG, sugar, white vinegar, sesame oil, and ketchup to taste.

Steps

1. Wash the broccoli, soak it in lightly salted water for 5 minutes, then drain and rinse. Break into small florets, blanch in boiling water with dried bonito flakes until tender, then drain and rinse under cold water. Arrange on a serving plate.

2. Wash the red bell pepper, remove the stem and seeds, dice into small pieces, then blanch in boiling water until just tender, drain well, and sprinkle over the broccoli.

3. Mix ketchup with water, minced garlic, salt, MSG, sugar, white vinegar, sesame oil, and oyster sauce to create a sauce, then pour it over the broccoli.
