Ingredients
1 whole smoked duck (cooked), 50 g (about 1.75 oz) young ginger, 50 g (about 1.75 oz) red bell pepper, 50 g (about 1.75 oz) garlic chives.
Seasonings
Sugar and MSG, a pinch each, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 2 teaspoons sesame oil, and vegetable oil as needed.
Steps
1. Remove all bones from the smoked duck, take the meat and shred it; wash the garlic sprouts and cut into segments; wash both the red bell pepper and young ginger and cut into fine shreds.
2. Heat oil in a wok until it reaches 60% hot (about 350°F/175°C), add the shredded duck and flash-fry over high heat, then add the shredded young ginger and red bell pepper, stir-frying until just cooked through.
3. Then add MSG, sugar, soy sauce, and garlic chives, stir-frying until well combined. Drizzle with sesame oil, then remove from heat and plate.
