750 g (about 1 2/3 lbs) pea shoots, red bell pepper strips to taste

Steps

1. Wash and trim the pea shoots, then drain thoroughly; remove the stem and seeds from the red bell pepper, wash it, and cut into thin strips.

2. Place the pan over high heat, add an appropriate amount of chicken fat and heat until it reaches 60% hot (about 350°F/175°C), then add the pea shoots and stir-fry briefly.

3. Add salt and MSG, quickly stir-fry until well combined, sprinkle with red bell pepper strips, then transfer to a serving plate.
