Green Beans with Olive Vegetable and Chopped Chili

Ingredients

400 g (about 14 oz) green beans, 50 g (about 1.8 oz) ground pork, 20 g (about 0.7 oz) olive vegetable (preserved olives and mustard greens).

Seasonings

Chopped chili peppers and scallions, 20 g each; garlic, 30 g; salt, chicken bouillon, and soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon each; cooking wine, 1 teaspoon; vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons.

Steps

1. Trim and wash the green beans, then cut them into small pieces; mix the ground pork with a splash of cooking wine; mince the scallions and garlic.

2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or skillet over high heat, add scallions and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the ground meat and stir-fry until it changes color.

3. Then add the green beans, olive vegetable, chopped chili, and remaining seasonings, stir-fry until cooked through, then transfer to a serving plate.
