150 g asparagus, and appropriate amounts of button mushrooms, abalone mushrooms, and straw mushrooms.

1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon fermented rice wine, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil, 3 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Steps
1. Wash the asparagus, peel the skin, and cut into sections; wash and trim the stems of the mushrooms, straw mushrooms, and abalone mushrooms, then blanch them in boiling water, drain, and set aside.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or pan, add the asparagus and cook until just tender, then remove and transfer to a bowl.
3. Heat the remaining oil in the wok, add the three types of mushrooms and stir-fry until cooked, then add the seasonings and stir-fry, and finally add the blanched asparagus and toss everything together until well combined.
