Stir-Fried Pork with Green Beans

Ingredients

200 g lean pork, 50 g green peas, 1 egg white.

Seasonings

to taste: chili pepper segments, chopped scallions, minced ginger, sugar, and soy sauce; a pinch each of salt, MSG, cornstarch, and cooking wine; 2 tablespoons vegetable oil.

Steps

1. Cut lean pork into thin strips, mix with cooking wine, egg white, salt, and water starch to coat evenly; soak the green beans until softened, then cook until tender; combine cooking wine, sugar, soy sauce, MSG, water starch, and clear broth to make a sauce.

2. Heat oil in a wok until hot, add the shredded pork and stir-fry until just cooked through, then remove and drain excess oil.

3. Leave a small amount of oil in the wok, add minced scallions, minced ginger, green beans, shredded pork, and the prepared sauce, then stir-fry until everything is cooked through.
