
Ingredients
200 g Chinese sausage, 200 g bamboo shoots, 100 g baby corn, 50 g hot green peppers.
Seasonings
4 g minced scallions, 4 g minced ginger, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/5 teaspoon MSG, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce, 5 teaspoons vegetable oil.
Steps
1. Rinse the baby corn and bamboo shoots separately, slice them, blanch in boiling water until just cooked, then drain; rinse the hot peppers and cut into strips.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or pan over medium-high heat, then add the minced scallions and ginger, stirring briefly until fragrant.
3. Add the baby corn slices, Chinese sausage slices, and bamboo shoot slices, stir-frying until well combined, then season with salt, MSG, sugar, and soy sauce to taste, stir-fry evenly, and remove from the pan to serve.
