
Ingredients
300 g straw mushrooms, 30 g pine nuts, 50 g fresh soybeans (edamame).
Seasonings
Finely chopped scallion, garlic, and ginger, 5 g each; 3 star anise; 1/2 teaspoon each of salt, sugar, and oyster sauce; 1 teaspoon chicken fat; 2 teaspoons five-spice powder.
Steps
1. Wash the straw mushrooms and cut them into small pieces; rinse the fresh soybeans, blanch them in boiling water, then remove and rinse under cold water.
2. Heat chicken fat in a wok until hot, add the straw mushrooms and dry-fry until fragrant, then add chopped scallions, minced garlic, and star anise, and stir-fry briefly.
3. Then add salt, sugar, oyster sauce, and pine nuts, cover and cook until tender, then sprinkle with five-spice powder and edamame, stir-fry until well combined and serve.
