
Ingredients
300 g (about 10 oz) fresh oyster meat, 15 g (about 1 tablespoon) minced red bell pepper.
Seasonings
10 g each of chopped scallions and minced ginger, 1 tablespoon each of cooking wine and fermented black beans, and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Steps
1. Remove any impurities from the oyster meat, wash and clean thoroughly, then drain well.
2. Place the wok over high heat, add enough oil and heat until hot. First, add the minced ginger, fermented black beans, and minced red bell pepper, and stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Add the oyster meat and a small amount of water, quickly stir-frying, then add cooking wine and stir until well combined. Remove from heat, plate, and sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
