
Ingredients
500 g (about 1 lb) green beans, 80 g ground pork, 50 g preserved mustard greens (Sichuan ya cai).
Seasonings
soy sauce 1/2 tablespoon, salt 1/2 teaspoon, MSG 1/3 teaspoon, cooking wine 1 teaspoon, lard 5 teaspoons.
Steps
1. Break the green beans in half and wash them; rinse the preserved mustard greens and chop them finely.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or pan until hot, add the ground pork and stir-fry until the moisture evaporates, then add the preserved mustard greens and stir-fry until fragrant. Remove and drain the oil, then add the green beans and stir-fry.
3. Add the ground pork and chopped preserved mustard greens, then pour in the cooking wine and stir-fry until dry and fragrant. Finally, add soy sauce, salt, and MSG, stir-fry until well combined, then remove from heat and plate.
