Cilantro-Quick-Fried Shredded Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

200 g pork tenderloin, 100 g cilantro.

Seasonings

A small amount of scallions, ginger, salt, MSG, white pepper, cooking wine, and clear broth, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 3 tablespoons vegetable oil.

Preparation

1. Rinse the pork tenderloin, slice it thinly, then cut into fine shreds.

2. Bring water to a boil in a wok, blanch the shredded pork tenderloin briefly, then remove and drain.

3. Wash the scallions and ginger, then cut them into thin strips.

4. Remove the roots and leaves from the cilantro, keeping only the tender stems. Wash them, cut into segments, and place in a bowl. Add shredded scallion, shredded ginger, salt, MSG, cooking wine, white pepper, and clear broth.

Steps

1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok until hot, then add the shredded pork and stir-fry briefly.

2. Quickly add the prepared cilantro segments and seasonings.

3. Stir-fry vigorously over high heat for a brief moment until the meat is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.

4. Drizzle with sesame oil, stir until evenly combined, then transfer to a serving plate.
