Assorted Fried Rice

Ingredients

150 g (about 1 cup) cooked rice

Seasonings

Shrimp, cooked chicken, and ham, 5 g each; bamboo shoots, peas, soaked dried sea cucumber, and cooked pork belly, 10 g each; salt and peanut oil, to taste.

Instructions

1. Dice the shrimp, sea cucumber, pork belly, chicken, ham, and winter bamboo shoots into small cubes.

2. Heat peanut oil in a wok, add salt, and once hot, stir-fry all the prepared ingredients for a moment, then add the rice and stir-fry repeatedly until the rice is loose and fragrant, then transfer to a bowl and serve. This fried rice is colorful and aromatic, rich in protein, carbohydrates, various vitamins, and minerals.
