1. Wash the white radish, trim off both ends, cut into small cubes, blanch in boiling water, then immediately remove, drain well, and air-dry for half a day.
2. Place the diced white radish in a pot, add honey, and bring to a gentle boil over low heat. Stir well, then remove from heat and let cool before transferring to a jar. Enjoy freely, especially after meals for best results. This snack is pleasantly sweet and aromatic, rich in glucose, sucrose, fructose, various amino acids, calcium, phosphorus, vitamin C, and other nutrients.
