Ingredients
150 g (about 5 oz) rice, 150 g (about 5 oz) shelled shrimp, 2 bok choy, ham to taste, 1 tablespoon rice wine, 1/2 tablespoon ground fermented soybeans.
Seasonings
a few slices of ginger, light soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste, 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch, and scallions as needed.
Instructions
1. First cook the rice in a rice cooker, then heat 2 tablespoons of oil and sauté ginger and scallions until fragrant, add the shrimp, bok choy pieces, and ham slices, pour in the seasonings and bring to a boil, then scoop everything out and place it on top of the cooked rice.
2. Stir the shrimp and vegetables into the rice, then let it cook briefly in the pot until it comes to a boil. Serve directly in the pot.
