Ingredients
1 box silken tofu, 1/4 pumpkin, 1 tablespoon flour.
Seasonings
2 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon cornstarch.
Instructions
1. Peel and seed the pumpkin, then steam until tender. Mash the pumpkin and mix it with the tofu and seasonings until well combined. Shape the mixture into patties and steam them in a steamer basket over medium heat for 5 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet and pan-fry the tofu patties over medium heat until both sides are golden brown.
