Ingredients
Pumpkin, all-purpose flour, and glutinous rice flour, each in equal amounts.
Seasonings
Honey, breadcrumbs, and cooking oil, each to taste.
Instructions
1. Cut the pumpkin into chunks, remove the seeds, steam until tender, then peel and mash into a puree. Add honey, flour, and glutinous rice flour to form a soft pumpkin dough. Divide into small portions, press into small round patties, and coat evenly with breadcrumbs.
2. Add oil to the pan and deep-fry the pumpkin cakes until golden brown.
