Ingredients
Half bundle of udon noodles, seaweed to taste, and 5-6 peas.
Seasonings
1 tablespoon soy sauce, a few drops of sesame oil.
Instructions
1. Bring water to a boil in a soup pot, add the plain noodles, cook until done, then drain and transfer to a serving plate.
2. Bring 120 ml (about 1/2 cup) of water and soy sauce to a boil, add the peas, cook until tender, then turn off the heat and pour the entire broth over the plain noodles.
3. Shred the seaweed and scatter it over the soup noodles as a garnish, then drizzle with a few drops of sesame oil. This dish, with its contrasting green and white colors, has a light and delicate flavor.
