Ingredients
300 g (about 10.5 oz) noodles, 100 g (about 3.5 oz) char siu (Chinese BBQ pork), cilantro to taste.
Seasonings
Scallions, soy sauce, and salt, each to taste.
Instructions
1. Shred the char siu (Chinese BBQ pork) into thin strips and set aside.
2. Add the noodles to the oiled pan. When they are about 50-60% cooked, add the char siu pork strips, shredded scallions, cilantro, and salt. Stir-fry briefly, then serve.
