Potato Meat Patties

Ingredients

1 potato, 1 egg, 50 g (about 1.8 oz) beef

Seasonings

Vegetable oil, soy sauce, chopped scallions, and salt to taste, plus 3 tablespoons of cornstarch.

Instructions

1. Combine ground beef, soy sauce, chopped scallions, egg, and starch, mixing well. Peel the potato, boil until tender, then mash into a puree. Add the mashed potato and salt to taste to the beef mixture, and shape into patties.

2. Heat oil in a flat pan, place the patties one by one into the pan, and pan-fry until cooked through.
