Ingredients
500 g (about 1 lb) black sesame powder, 750 g (about 1.7 lbs) diced pork fat.
Seasonings
1000 g (about 2.2 lbs) each of sugar and water-milled glutinous rice flour.
Instructions
1. Mix the white sugar, ground sesame, and diced pork fat together thoroughly, then knead until well combined. Roll the mixture into small balls weighing about 10 g (roughly 1/3 oz) each to form the filling.
2. Knead the glutinous rice flour with water until smooth, then divide into small dough balls. Roll each into a round shape, press into a small bowl form, fill with the prepared filling, seal the edges, and shape into uncooked dumplings.
3. Cook the raw dumplings in boiling water until they float to the surface and are fully cooked, then serve with assorted fresh fruits.
