Ingredients
Potatoes and glutinous rice flour, equal amounts to taste.
Seasonings
Sugar and vegetable oil, both to taste.
Instructions
1. Steam the potatoes until cooked, then peel and mash them into a smooth puree. Gradually add glutinous rice flour and sugar while stirring, then knead into a potato dough. Divide the dough into small portions, shape each into a small ball, and press into small round patties about 0.5 cm (1/4 inch) thick.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add the patties and pan-fry until golden brown on both sides.
