Ingredients
20 wonton wrappers, 1 tomato, 1 lemon, and 1 small cucumber.
Seasonings
2 tablespoons white vinegar, 1 tablespoon sugar, and 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Instructions
1. Wash the cucumber and tomato, slice them, and set aside. Grate 1 tablespoon of lemon zest from the lemon, then juice the lemon and set aside. Cut the wonton wrappers into strips about 1 cm wide, boil until cooked, then drain and rinse under cold water. Drain well and set aside. Mix the seasonings with the lemon juice to make the dressing.
2. Gently toss the wonton wrappers, cucumber, tomato slices, and dressing together, then finish by sprinkling lemon zest on top and serve.
