Ingredients
300 g loquats, 150 g sweetened red bean paste, 10 g pine nuts, 7.5 g red cherries.

30 g (about 1 oz) candied pork fat, 75 g (about 2/3 cup) white sugar, 15 g (about 2 tablespoons) cornstarch, 5 g (about 1 teaspoon) sweet osmanthus sugar.
Instructions
1. Trim off the top of the loquats, peel them, remove the pits and inner membrane, then place them upright in a dish with the openings facing up.
2. Mix the diced candied pork fat into the sweetened bean paste, then stuff this mixture into each loquat. Around the opening of each loquat, insert 5 pine nuts, and place a bit of chopped red cherry in the center. Steam over high heat for 15 minutes, then remove and arrange neatly on another plate.
3. Place a pot over heat with water, add sugar and sweet osmanthus syrup, bring to a boil, then thicken with a cornstarch slurry and pour over the loquats. This dish features juicy, tender loquats filled with rich, smooth bean paste.
