Red Bean Paste Dumpling Pancakes

Ingredients

20 dumpling wrappers, 1 cup sweet red bean paste.

Seasonings

lemon zest and water, 1 tablespoon each.

Instructions

1. Mix the sweet red bean paste and lemon zest together until well combined, then divide into 10 equal portions and roll each into a small ball; set aside.

2. Take 1 dumpling wrapper, place 1 portion of red bean paste in the center, brush the edges of the wrapper with a little water, then cover with another dumpling wrapper, gently flatten the filling, press the edges firmly to seal, and crimp to create a decorative edge; repeat to make 10 portions.

3. Preheat a flat-bottomed pan, add some salad oil, then place the dumpling red bean paste pancakes in the pan and pan-fry until both sides are golden brown, then transfer to a plate and serve.
