1 fresh pig lung (about 1 lb)

60 ml fresh ginger juice, 60 sweet almonds, and 250 g (about 9 oz) honey.
Instructions
1. Wash the pork lung thoroughly; soak the sweet almonds in warm water for 2 hours, peel and mash them, then mix with ginger juice and honey until well combined, stuff the mixture into the pork lung tube, tie the tube opening securely, and set aside.
2. Place the pork lung in a clay pot, add water as needed, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 150 minutes until done.
