50 g milk (about 1/4 cup), 150 g oatmeal (about 1 1/2 cups).

Instructions
1. Soak the dry oats in 450 g (about 2 cups) of cold water until softened.
2. Place the soaked oats and water into a pot, bring to a boil over high heat, then let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the milk and continue cooking for another 5 to 6 minutes until the oats are soft and tender and the porridge reaches your desired consistency. Ladle into bowls, add sugar, and stir well. This porridge is soft, smooth, and fragrant, rich in protein, fat, carbohydrates, calcium, phosphorus, iron, vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, niacin, and other nutrients.
