1. Rinse the japonica rice until clean.
2. Add water to the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, and cook into a porridge. Stir in fresh milk (or reconstituted powdered milk), bring to a boil again, then mix in honey. This congee helps nourish deficiencies, benefits the lungs and stomach, and moisturizes the skin.
