Beef Brisket Hot Pot

Ingredients

300 g beef brisket, 250 g lettuce, 10 red dates, 25 g dried bean curd sticks

Seasonings

Instructions

1. Slice the beef brisket, boil in water for 5 minutes, then drain well; wash the lettuce and cut into pieces.

2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok, sauté minced ginger and garlic, then add the beef brisket, lettuce, and tofu skin, stirring well. Transfer everything to a clay pot, add 4 cups of water, bring to a boil, then reduce to a low simmer and cook until the beef is tender, about 30 minutes. Add seasonings, top with scallion segments, and serve.
