Instructions
1. Rinse the millet thoroughly, place it in a pot with enough water to cover generously, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer until the porridge thickens.
2. When serving, add brown sugar to taste, stir well, bring to a boil again, and ladle into bowls. This congee is thick, sticky, sweet, and highly nutritious.
