Ingredients
250 g spinach and 250 g (about 1/2 lb) japonica rice.
Seasonings
Salt and MSG to taste.
Instructions
1. Wash the spinach, blanch it in boiling water, then cut into segments and set aside.
2. Rinse the japonica rice clean and place it in an aluminum pot with enough water. Cook until the rice is tender, then add the spinach to the porridge and continue cooking until the porridge is done. Remove from heat, then season with salt and MSG to taste.
