Dried Shrimp, Seaweed, and Egg Drop Soup

Ingredients

Dried seaweed, dried shrimp, and cilantro, 10 g each, 1 egg.

Seasonings

A small amount of vegetable oil, salt, and scallions.

Instructions

1. Soak the dried shrimp in boiling water until soft; beat the eggs in a bowl until well mixed; wash the cilantro and cut into small pieces. Finely chop the scallion; tear the seaweed into small pieces and place in a soup bowl.

2. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat, add chopped scallions and stir-fry until fragrant, then add water and dried shrimp, simmer for a few minutes, season with salt, drizzle in beaten egg, add cilantro, and pour into a soup bowl to serve.
