10 red dates, 60 g (about 2 oz) dried lily bulbs, and rock sugar to taste.
Instructions
1. Wash the lily bulbs and separate them into individual petals; wash the jujubes and remove the pits.
2. Place the jujubes and lily bulbs together in an earthenware pot and cook until soft, then add rock sugar to taste and stir well before serving.
