Instructions
1. Place the bird's nest in a clean, oil-free porcelain container and soak it in warm water until fully expanded, then remove it to a clean plate; ideally, use tweezers to pluck out any feathers and remove any discolored or spoiled parts, rinse twice with cold water, and finally steep it in boiling water.
2. Rinse the bird's nest with boiling water, then rinse again with hot broth and divide into small bowls. Add salt, white pepper, MSG, and Shaoxing wine to the clear broth, adjust the seasoning to taste, and pour into the small bowls. This dish is highly nutritious and a true delicacy, with a clear broth and white ingredients.
