Ingredients
400 g (about 14 oz) shrimp, preserved mustard green stems to taste, minced ham to taste, minced cilantro to taste, and stock as needed.
Seasonings
Salt, MSG, white pepper, cooking wine, cornstarch, and sesame oil, each to taste.
Instructions
1. Wash the shrimp and preserved mustard green stems separately, then dice them and set aside.
2. Pour broth into the pot, add shrimp, preserved mustard green stems, salt, MSG, and white pepper, then splash in cooking wine. Bring to a boil, thicken with a cornstarch slurry, sprinkle with minced ham and cilantro, and drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
