Ingredients
2 pig tails, 1 carrot, 1 potato, 1 tomato, 1/4 head of broccoli.
Seasonings
Salt 2 teaspoons.
Instructions
1. Cut the tomatoes into wedges and the broccoli into florets; cut the pig tails into segments and blanch in hot water to remove any blood; peel and cut the carrots and potatoes into large chunks.
2. Place all prepared ingredients in an electric pot with 6 bowls of water, press the button and cook until tender, then add seasonings before serving. This soup has a bright red color and is rich in nutrients.
