Tofu, Pork Rib, and Bean Sprout Soup

Ingredients

Pork ribs 250 g (about 1/2 lb), bean sprouts 200 g (about 7 oz), 1 block frozen tofu, 1 tomato.

Seasonings

2 teaspoons salt.

Instructions

1. Cut the tomatoes and frozen tofu into chunks and set aside; rinse the bean sprouts clean.

2. Place all ingredients in an electric rice cooker, add five cups of water, and press the button to cook until tender.

3. Add seasonings before serving. This soup has a rich red color and is highly nutritious.
