Ingredients
3 bananas, 100 g (about 1/2 cup) glutinous rice, 1000 g (about 4 cups) water.
Seasonings
2 liang (about 100 g / 3.5 oz) rock sugar.
Instructions
1. Rinse the glutinous rice until clean; peel the banana and cut it into small cubes.
2. Place in a pot with water, bring to a boil over high heat, then add banana and rock sugar, and simmer until it becomes a porridge.
