Bitter Melon and Tomato Soup

Seasonings

1 bitter melon, 2 tomatoes, 1 potato, 1/2 carrot, a few slices of onion.

Seasonings

Salt to taste, 1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil.

Steps

1. Wash the bitter melon, cut it in half, remove the seeds, and slice it; remove the stem from the tomato, wash it, and cut it into chunks.

2. Peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut into chunks; peel the carrots, wash them, and slice into rounds.

3. Heat oil in a pot until hot, add onion slices and potato chunks and stir-fry until just cooked, then add tomato and cook until softened, pour in some water and bring to a boil, then add bitter melon, salt, and chicken bouillon and simmer until flavored through.
