Steps
1. Rinse the fish, remove the skin, and cut into large pieces; wash the papaya, peel and deseed it, then cut into large chunks; wash the broccoli and break into small florets; remove the stems from the shiitake mushrooms, rinse, and dice into small pieces.
2. Add butter to the pot, first stir-fry the onion, minced ginger, mushrooms, and papaya briefly, then pour in the broth and bring to a boil. Add the fish, broccoli, salt, chicken bouillon, and cooking wine, and cook until the flavors meld together, then serve.
