
Ingredients
100 g cherry tomatoes, 30 ginkgo nuts, 10 small prunes.
Seasonings
1 tablespoon sugar, 1 teaspoon honey, 2 tablespoons liquor (such as brandy or rum).
Steps
1. Pit the dried plums and rinse them under cold water; shell the ginkgo nuts and rinse; remove the stems from the cherry tomatoes and rinse.
2. Place a pot over high heat, add enough water to cover and bring to a boil. First, add the sugar, prunes, and ginkgo nuts, cooking for about 10 minutes. Then, add the cherry tomatoes and continue cooking for another 3 minutes. Turn off the heat, pour everything into a large bowl, drizzle with honey and a splash of brandy or liqueur, stir well, and serve.
