300 g Chinese cabbage leaves, 200 g ham, 100 g fava beans, a small amount of onion.

Salt to taste, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon, 2000 g (about 8 cups) broth, 4 teaspoons vegetable oil.

Steps

1. Rinse the ham and slice into pieces about 3 cm (1.2 inches) long; peel the onion, rinse, and finely chop.

2. Wash the cabbage leaves and cut into small strips; peel the fava beans and rinse clean.

3. Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a pot, add the minced onion and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the ham slices and stir-fry briefly. Pour in the broth, add the cabbage, fava beans, salt, chicken bouillon, and lemon juice, and cook for 15 minutes. Ladle into bowls and serve.
