
Ingredients
300 g broccoli, 50 g green peas, 2 century eggs.
Seasonings
A small amount of shredded ginger, salt to taste, 1/2 teaspoon white pepper, 1/3 teaspoon chicken bouillon, 1000 ml (about 4 cups) broth or stock, and 2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Steps
1. Wash the broccoli and cut into small florets; rinse the green peas; peel the century eggs and cut into wedge-shaped pieces.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a pot, add ginger strips and broccoli, stir-fry briefly, then pour in broth and bring to a boil.
3. Finally, add the green peas, century eggs, salt, and pepper, and cook until the flavors meld together.
