
Ingredients
100 g white wood ear mushrooms, 75 g deer antler glue.
Seasonings
15 g (about 1 tablespoon) rock sugar.
Steps
1. Soak the white wood ear mushrooms in warm water until they expand and soften, then remove any impurities, trim and clean them thoroughly, and set aside.
2. Place the soaked white wood ear mushrooms in a clay pot, add enough water, and simmer over low heat until the mushrooms are tender. Then add deer antler glue and rock sugar, cook until melted, stir well, and simmer until fully infused.
