
Ingredients
300 g pork (about 10 oz), 150 g snow peas, 100 g tofu, 30 g each carrot and onion.
Seasonings
Salt to taste, 1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder, 1 tablespoon ketchup, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Steps
1. Rinse the pork and slice it; peel and rinse the carrot, then slice it; peel the onion and cut into strips; cut the tofu into pieces.
2. Heat oil in a wok or pan until hot, add the sliced meat, soy sauce, and tomato paste, and stir-fry briefly.
3. Add enough water to bring to a boil, then add snow peas, tofu, carrot, and onion strips, season with salt and chicken bouillon, and cook until everything is well-flavored.
