
Ingredients
300 g pork tripe, 100 g fresh Chinese yam.
Seasonings
10 g goji berries, 10 g ginger slices, 1 tablespoon salt, 1 teaspoon sugar, 2 teaspoons MSG, and a pinch of white pepper.
Steps
1. Peel the fresh Chinese yam, wash it, and cut into thick slices; clean and prepare the pork belly, then slice it.
2. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add the sliced pork belly and blanch briefly, then drain.
3. Add enough water to a soup pot, then add the sliced pork tripe, ginger slices, Chinese yam slices, and goji berries. Cook over medium heat for 40 minutes, then add salt, MSG, sugar, and white pepper, and cook for another 20 minutes. Serve.
