Sweet Potato and Snow Pea Soup

Ingredients

150 g dried sweet potato, 150 g snow peas, and 20 g raisins.

Seasonings

Salt and pepper to taste, 1200 g (about 5 cups) of broth.

Steps

1. Soak dried sweet potatoes in clean water for 12 hours until soft, then drain and cut into small strips.

2. Trim and wash the snow peas, then cut off both ends; rinse the raisins with clean water.

3. Bring the broth to a boil in a pot, add the dried sweet potatoes and raisins, and cook for about 10 minutes. Then add the snow peas and salt, cook until tender, season with pepper, and serve in bowls.
