Green Leaf Mushrooms

Seasonings

200 g (about 7 oz) rehydrated black mushrooms, greens to taste.

Seasonings

to taste: ginger slices, salt, MSG (or chicken bouillon), cooking wine, mushroom soaking liquid, chicken broth, and cooked vegetable oil.

Steps

1. Remove the stems from the rehydrated black mushrooms, wash them clean, and slice them; pick and wash the greens, blanch them in boiling water, then remove and drain.

2. Place the soup pot over heat, add the mushroom soaking liquid and chicken broth, then add the sliced mushrooms along with cooked vegetable oil, salt, ginger slices, cooking wine, and MSG. Simmer for about 30 minutes, then add the greens and cook until just combined. Remove from heat and serve in a bowl.
