
Ingredients
100 g pork liver, 30 g goji berries.
Seasonings
Salt 1 tablespoon, MSG 2 teaspoons, vegetable oil 3 tablespoons, meat broth 500 g (about 1 lb).
Steps
1. Rinse the pork liver clean, remove, cut into pieces, soak briefly in lightly salted water, then remove and drain; pick over the goji berries to remove any impurities and rinse clean.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok until it reaches about 80% hot (just starting to smoke), add the pork liver and stir-fry briefly, then remove and transfer to a plate.
3. Heat oil in a pot until hot, add the pork liver and goji berries, pour in the meat broth, and bring to a boil over high heat.
4. Reduce to low heat and cook until the pork liver is cooked through, then season with salt and MSG to taste, remove from heat and serve in a bowl.
